Steve Davies is a freelance military aviation writer, photographer and
podcaster based in the UK.

He specialises in reporting on the modern air warfare domain, with particular
emphasis on aircraft and weapons development, testing, tactics and
employment.

Steve started working as a print journalist in 2001 and has since written 19
military aviation books1 and hundreds of articles and features for the aviation
press.

Steve has appeared in documentaries aired on UK and US terrestrial TV, and
on the History Channel.

He has worked behind-the-scenes as a consultant, interviewer, scriptwriter
and editor for a series of military aviation documentaries.

Today, Steve runs the 10 Percent True aviation podcast: an oral history
project to capture the experiences and reflections of fast jet aircrew from
across the world.

The podcast is often hailed as the best in its genre.
